Acura certified collision repair in Manteno, IL
Acura’s repair procedures, genuine Acura parts, and a facility Acura has certified.

Why we became Acura certified
We got certified because the vehicles changed. Today’s cars are engineered with ultra-high-strength steels, aluminum, structural adhesives and a network of cameras and radar that all have to work together after a crash. Repairing them right takes the training the manufacturer requires and the tools the manufacturer approves.
Certification doesn’t make a shop perfect, but it means you’re starting in the right place: a facility the automaker has trained, equipped and inspected, repairing your vehicle from the automaker’s procedures. We’re working toward more manufacturer certifications for the same reason.
A new vehicle is an investment and part of your everyday life. If it gets hit, it should come back the way the factory built it. That’s how we run the shop: quality first, and the same documented process on every car.
Repaired to Acura’s standard
The Integra, TLX, RDX and MDX use high-strength steel structures and AcuraWatch, a set of cameras and radar that brake, steer and hold your lane. Those systems only work right if everything around them is back in its factory position.
Acura publishes how each model must be repaired. As a certified facility we follow those procedures, use genuine Acura parts, and have Acura-approved equipment to do it.

Acura certified questions
Is St. Aubin Acura certified or just Honda certified?
Both. We’re a certified collision repair facility for Honda and Acura, the only one in Kankakee County.
Will my Acura get genuine Acura parts?
We write the estimate for genuine Acura parts as the repair procedures call for. If your insurer won’t cover them, we’ll tell you before work starts.
Do you recalibrate AcuraWatch after a repair?
Yes. Cameras and radar for collision mitigation braking, lane keeping and adaptive cruise are recalibrated with factory-required equipment when the repair calls for it.
Do I have to take my Acura to the dealer for collision repair?
No. You choose where your Acura is repaired, and a certified collision facility is trained and equipped to repair it to Acura’s standard.
