Why we became Ford certified
We got certified because the vehicles changed. Today’s cars are engineered with ultra-high-strength steels, aluminum, structural adhesives and a network of cameras and radar that all have to work together after a crash. Repairing them right takes the training the manufacturer requires and the tools the manufacturer approves.
Certification doesn’t make a shop perfect, but it means you’re starting in the right place: a facility the automaker has trained, equipped and inspected, repairing your vehicle from the automaker’s procedures. We’re working toward more manufacturer certifications for the same reason.
A new vehicle is an investment and part of your everyday life. If it gets hit, it should come back the way the factory built it. That’s how we run the shop: quality first, and the same documented process on every car.
Aluminum trucks need the right equipment
The F-150 has had an aluminum-alloy body since 2015, and Super Duty trucks followed. Aluminum repairs nothing like steel. Replacing a bedside or cab panel takes Ford-approved riveting equipment, structural adhesives, tools kept separate from steel, and technicians trained to use them. Most body shops don’t have that equipment or training. We do.
Bronco, Mustang, Explorer, Escape and Maverick use their own mix of high-strength steels and driver-assist systems. We repair every one of them from Ford’s procedures with Ford-approved equipment.

Yes. As a Ford Certified Collision Network shop we have the training and equipment Ford requires for aluminum-body trucks, including the F-150 and Super Duty.
Will you use genuine Ford parts?
On certified repairs, yes. We write the estimate for genuine Ford parts as the procedures call for, and we’ll tell you before work starts if your insurer won’t cover them.
Does my Red Carpet Lease require OEM parts?
