Collision repair in Manteno, IL
Every make and model, repaired to the manufacturer’s procedures and documented from the first photo to the final inspection.

A repair plan written from the factory’s procedures
Most bad repairs start with a bad estimate: one written from a spreadsheet, with cheaper parts and skipped steps. We start from the factory instead.
Every repair plan is built from the vehicle manufacturer’s published repair procedures for that exact year, make and model. Those procedures tell us which parts can be repaired and which must be replaced, where welding is allowed, which materials can’t be heated, and which sensors need to be recalibrated afterward. If the factory calls for it, it goes on the estimate.

How a collision repair moves through our shop
Free estimate
Walk in Monday–Friday 8–5 or book a time online. We look at the damage with you and explain what we see. No obligation.
Teardown and blueprint
We take the damaged area apart to find all the damage, including what you can’t see from the outside. The full repair plan goes to your insurer before work starts.
Parts
We order the parts the repair procedures call for. On Honda, Acura, Ford and Lincoln repairs, that means genuine factory parts.
Structure
If the frame or unibody moved, it’s measured and brought back to factory dimensions before any panels go on.
Body and refinish
Panels are repaired or replaced, then refinished and blended so the repair disappears into the rest of the car.
Calibration and quality check
Cameras, radar and driver-assist systems are recalibrated when the repair calls for it, and every vehicle gets a final inspection before we call you.
Delivery
We walk you through what was done and hand you your registered limited lifetime warranty.
Going through insurance?
You choose where your car is repaired. In Illinois, your insurance company can recommend a shop, but the decision is yours. We work with every carrier.
We send our estimate to your insurer and document anything found after teardown so it can be added to the claim. If an insurer won’t cover something the repair requires, we tell you before the work is done.
Every insurance carrier
Bring your claim number, or start with the estimate if you don’t have one yet.

Collision repair questions
How long will my collision repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts availability. We’ll give you an expected timeline after teardown, when we know everything the repair needs, and keep you updated by call, text or email as it moves.
Do you repair every make and model?
Yes. Every vehicle is repaired to its own manufacturer’s published procedures. We’re also certified by Honda, Acura, Ford and Lincoln.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Walk in Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or book a time online if you’d rather not wait.
What if more damage is found after you start?
That’s why we tear down the damaged area first. Anything we find is photographed and sent to your insurer before the repair moves forward.
